xx999 VIP — Five-Tier Membership with Weekly Cashback and Exclusive Rewards
At xx999, your membership grows more valuable with every game session. From Bronze all the way to Diamond — weekly cashback rates increase at each tier and your benefits become more complete.
Five VIP Tiers — Each with Its Own Rewards
The xx999 VIP program has five distinct tiers. Each tier has its own weekly cashback rate — the details of each are listed below.
This is where your VIP journey begins. Weekly cashback starts from the Bronze tier.
At this next step above Bronze, the cashback rate more than doubles.
Members who reach the Gold tier get back up to 0.7% of their net losses each week.
With higher-tier benefits, you can earn up to 1% cashback on net weekly losses.
The highest tier in xx999 VIP. Diamond members enjoy up to 1.2% cashback per week — along with special benefits.
How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
Your total winnings for the week are subtracted from your total losses to arrive at your net loss, and a fixed percentage based on your VIP tier is applied to that amount as cashback. This means if you have no net loss in a given week, there is no cashback — it is entirely based on net losses.
The example below is for the Gold tier, but the same method applies to all tiers — only the percentage differs.

How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
Tier changes in the xx999 VIP program depend on your overall gaming activity. There is no fixed deposit amount or mandatory requirement — the more regularly you play over time, the greater your chance of advancing to the next tier.
Slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting — playing in any section counts toward VIP progress. For example, many members have moved up quickly by playing regularly in xx999's Slots section. Similarly, regular participation in Vivo Live Casino also helps with VIP progress.
Regular Participation
Playing regularly throughout the week speeds up VIP progress — especially when you stay active across multiple sections.
Variety Across Game Sections
Rather than sticking to just one game, playing across slots, table games, and live sections gives you an advantage.
Long-Term Activity
VIP tiers reflect a long-term relationship. Staying active for several consecutive weeks increases your chances of moving up.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Beyond cashback, xx999 VIP members enjoy several additional benefits that are not available on standard accounts. The higher the tier, the more benefits you receive.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from higher VIP tier members are generally processed on a priority basis, usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Priority Support
VIP members get priority access to 24/7 live chat and email support — in both Bengali and English.
Exclusive Offers
Special promotions and benefits are offered to VIP members from time to time that regular members do not receive.
Higher Betting Limits
Betting limits in each game may increase based on your tier, which is particularly useful for higher-tier players.
Secure Transactions
Deposit from ৳200 and withdraw from ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer, protected by SSL.

VIP cashback is a reward — it is not a reason to play more. xx999 always reminds you that gaming is for entertainment, not a financial tool.
Set a fixed budget each week and do not go beyond that limit. Chasing losses in the hope of earning cashback is never the right approach. If you are losing, take a break.
If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, set limits on your account or contact support. For more details, read the responsible gaming guidelines.
All casino and betting activities at xx999 are only for members aged 21 years or older.
xx999 VIP — What Makes This Program Different
Most online gaming platforms in Bangladesh have VIP programs, but in many cases the conditions are so complex that regular players cannot benefit from them. The cashback structure of the xx999 VIP program is clear and straightforward.
Every week starts fresh. The previous week's losses or wins do not affect the cashback calculation for the next week. Bet in the xx999 Cricket Betting section during cricket season or play in the Live Casino — VIP progress happens either way.
To learn about membership terms and detailed rules, read the Terms and Conditions page. The xx999 VIP program is updated regularly, so check the site for the latest information.
